I enjoy helping people protect themselves from the unexpected so they can focus on their goals with confidence. I work with individuals, families, and businesses by providing Auto insurance, Homeowners insurance, Renters insurance, Farm-Ranch insurance, Business insurance, Liability Umbrella insurance, and Life insurance to support long-term financial stability.

I earned by Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University and began my insurance career in operations. I have been a State Farm Agent since 1984, bringing 42 years of experience to my customers. Ongoing professional education has always been important to me, which led me to earn my LUTCF designation in 1988, CLU designation in 1992, and ChFC designation in 2005.

My office is located in Waverly, Nebraska, in the Waverly Plaza business district, just off Highway 6 between Lincoln and Omaha. I serve customers throughout Lancaster, Cass, Saunders, Otoe, Sarpy, and Douglas Counties, and offer Notary Public services by appointment.

Community involvement is an important part of my life. I am a member and volunteer at Peace Lutheran-Waverly as the Vice-President on the administrative board and as the drummer for the praise band each Sunday. I am a strong financial supporter of School District 145 student programs and activities as well as a big Waverly High School football fan. I have served through the chairs and as Past State President of NAIFA-Nebraska, as well as State Grassroots Chair, advocating for the insurance and financial services industry with state and federal lawmakers. I also continue to be a volunteer alumnus for my college fraternity Phi Kappa Tau at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln serving as a member of the House Corporation.

Michelle Criswell, my administrative associate, has served our customers in our office for 13 years but has a total of 21 years of experience in the insurance industry. She provides service to our customers in the Auto, Homeowners, & Renters insurance arenas. She has her insurance licenses and holds a Select Staff Agreement with State Farm. She also is a Notary Public with the State of Nebraska.
